Bottom line: you can't run desktop version 4.7...

Bottom line: you can't run desktop version 4.7 with the Bold. That is what caused my problems in the past. get back to 4.6, wipe your phone calendar, then re-sync. Hopefully that's a start.

They returned via syncing with my Mac. the new OS's would not even sync. Who knows, thanks for your help, I'll check filters.

Hmmm

Not sure about the filter question. It always ends up being my most used contacts which are deleted. I have no idea why but when I tried upgrading to .217 and .228 both times they separately deleted...

Has anyone else had a problem with contacts being completely wiped out when you upgrade to a non-at&t(or whatever carrier you have) OS? With 3 different operating systems I would lose 8-10 contacts...

Is anyone else having this issue? I know it's possibly a general blackberry question but for a few days in a row now, the only way I can get my messages is to do a battery pull. the service books...
