I'm not sure. The Blackberry is a work-issued BB. I'd guess the sim card is from Bell, though, since that's the carrier they use for Blackberry service.

I converted a video to mp4 format and for some reason when I play it on my Blackberry the audio plays but not the video (though it is listed under Videos since it's an mp4). Any ideas why this is? ...

It's set to "Yes"...I tried disabling and re-enabling it, but it didn't change. I'll double check with the BES admin tomorrow.

I'm on a hosted BES and in the past notes created in Outlook would sync with my Pearl. I have a Bold now and can't seem to find the Notes function on it...is it the Memo Pad feature listed under...
