Re: bb 10.3 help needed

There is no real danger with posting your PIN. It just isn't wise unless you intend to do it and you know the risks. Worst case is you get spammed or receive some unwanted invites.

Re: Can Receive BBs but Cannot Send Out

Don't do a battery pull with BB10 except as last resort.

To OP, what have you tried? I would first shut down the device normally and then start it again. Some take the battery out for a few...

Re: What are these weird Blackberry files? (20140114-180839-420_00.txt)

It isn't malware. Probably normal logging of some nature as tsac suggests. I wouldn't worry about it at any rate.

Also, for what it is worth, the device may not be a corporate BlackBerry, but if...

If you have service where you live, work, and play, then T-Mobile is fine, in my opinion.

And it depends on what kind of problems you are talking about. I haven't had any.

Cannot do, so far as I know.

If you want to use your BB ID on the other BlackBerry, do a security wipe on that other BlackBerry, then log in on it with your BlackBerry ID.

Re: Device password expiring every other day

Unless you have a password expiration enforced by a policy on the device, you are not seeing device password expiration.

Is this your device, acquired brand new? Or is it a device issued to you?

Batteries can show different symptoms depending. If you haven't damaged the device that you know of, the thing to do is try another battery that you know is good. Sounds like yours has all but quit.
