it is the latest version....4.7 I think...downloaded fresh yesterday, same problem. "Unknown error"...everything seems fine except it will not sync. Outlook is good, phone works, etc...the only thing...

Thanks to both of you...but no luck. I did both things. It ended up deleting all the info on my BB, but my last restore was 6/4, the last time it went seemlessly. There did not seem to be any errors...
