i did checked everything. i have BIS, checked the FAQs, BB data plan is properly setup and activated on my account. this phone is not an upgrade nor a new account.

this BB9300 is upgraded to OS 6...

The only upgrade I had was os5 to os6. When I first set up my bb I can set up an email account. But I don't have the time to do, but now that I need to set up an email account. I can't. Do you think...

if a blackberry phone came from your carrier and its not showing the carrier's logo/name in start up does that mean that the blackberry you got is a refurbished?

its just really weird, cause i was using my GF's bb9300 and when im connected thru my wifi, the gprs/edge is not in all caps. and when im not using wifi and im using data, gprs/edge is in all caps....
