Funny thing is we can chat over BBM, but when I try to call him, the.....answering service kicks in....

I am roaming in Sweden with a UK T-Mobile SIM card. My Curve keeps dropping the connection to any provider I manually choose in the Mobile Network Options. Where's the catch ??

Correction : the alarm DOES ring, but only after the number of minutes set in the "snooze" option and only asks for the password afterwards.

I think it is a major OS flaw, not to be able to have the alarm go off if the phone is turned off AND the SIM card requires a password at turnon. All I see is just a window that gives me a choice...

However, I already found one bug: in the text message inbox, pressing "C" does not open the "compose new message" window. It opens the "search" box instead. RIM to note.

The issue disappeared for a while but now it is there again, half of the bookmark title is missing. Not even a battery pull fixes it.
Hope RIM will take care of it in the next release.

I believe you are right, unless RIM decided that "C" is more useful for searching, within the messages inbox. "T" and "B" still work ok.
