Oh, yes you can.
I'm getting to this site with a 8700c via USB with radio off.
I have a BES server installed, activated the 8700 w/bes, and can get internet thru the Web Desktop.

Is my 8700c locked?
I read somewhere how to check to see if the 8700c is locked.
But, I can't for the life of me remember how to do this.
Ideas?
