9780s - lots of white screen problems
We have about 80 9780s here, all nearly 2 years old now. In the last few months I've been seeing more and more white screen problems, where the phone appears to be functioning perfectly except that...

My Blackberry phone is the same, so I assume this is normal.

Should LED light up when charging?

"Flag for followup" not synching with Outlook (BES)
If I set a flag on an email on my 9800 by pressing W, the copy of the email I see in Outlook doesn't ever get its flag set. It doesn't work in the other direction either.

No, it's WiFi only. I assumed it wouldn't have an IMEI because of that, but the dealer said there must be one. They're still searching their records for the serial number.
