Hi, thanks for the help, i looked and the contacts box is not checked on one email account, only the deleted items is checked, but on another email account the box is checked along with calendar.

It never happened with my 9700, i spent many weeks out of the UK last year and it only racked up data costs when i used maps or google etc, with my 9900 this weekend out of the country it was racking...
