purchased the phone when it first came out, never synched it to my computer so there was no chance for the "old" version to replace the features on the 8320.

Has the software update solved the problems with the Wifi or Uma on the Tmo 8320?

A while back I had this phone, and although some stated they had no such problems, I was unable to get reliable voice with uma and wifi coverage depending on where it was being used (work vs home).
