i remember awhile back that at&t require you to sign up for a 2 yrs agreement if you dont have a device. what if u already have a blackberry, do you still need to sign up for some type of long term...

i think at&t is my best bet since it is only $30....

i think at&t is my best bet since it is only $30. and i think they charge $.15/min for voice if u dont have a voice plan...compare to tmobile which is $.20/min.
