the work around for this is to uninstall outlook...

the work around for this is to uninstall outlook 2010 install 2007 ... create a profile, then update back to 2010, it works mint i did it myself, and until desktop manager 6.0 comes out.. or atleast...

good call, I'd still do a backup and clear the message database, just because the blackberry folder isnt saying there is a message lying around in there doesnt mean there still isnt some corruption...

hey, try clearing the message database in desktop manager...

open desktop manager
go to backup and restore
click advanced
clear the message database on the right hand side of the screen
