Nope, that won't unlock it... if it were only that simple. There are a few shops online that can do it for you, though - I believe Vodafone was one of the easier carriers to unlock. :-)

As for it prompting you to remove the zen theme and various other modules, it doesn't have an ALX file to reference for those files, so anytime you use Application Loader it will remove non-reference...
