Manually Open Desktop Manager?

Right now, Desktop Manager automatically opens when Windows starts up. How do I change it so that it wouldn't do so, unless I open it myself? I'd like to keep Desktop Manager, but it really slows...

It might not be your Blackberry, but your actual email - I had the same problem a few months ago - I had to delete emails from the specific sender which is repeating from my server to fix it.
