Surprisingly better battery life for me. Previously i was getting to the end of the day wth a dead battery. Now it's reading over half.

Don't run BES on your Exchange server.

Why not move the 2nd Exchange server to the same site as the BES? If the Outlook clients are in cached mode then you're only going to use around 5kbps per user over the WAN, and they won't see much...

my experience is with T-mobile. You'll be fine in those countries. Be aware that the unlimited int'l Blackberry email plan may be for email only, not internet browsing. Check with AT&T first.

Next, make sure the .xml file is gone. It's vendor.xml, not device.xml, that needs to be deleted.
