Second hand had a need screen buttons ect, it worked this morning without the sim but then it went all together, very puzzling

My daughter had a 9900 today, when we put the sim in everything worked except the touchscreen . When we took the sim out it worked fine. Then we put the sim back in and same the touchscreen didn't...

speaker problems

Can anyone help me , when someone calls my blackberry or i make a call, you can not hear or speak until you put it on load speaker ??. Tried taking battery out but know joy. Any advise please.
