Forgive my total ignorance on the Z10, I don't have one, and probably won't until they appear in Factory Direct refurbished :)

I thought the bridging was a function of the playbook to the phone...

I tried to setup the phone with Koodo sim card but it wouldn't work.

Ahh figured it out, in the smart dialing setup I set the country code as unknown, previously it was set to +1
