I am a BES admin, we have 89 8703e's on our BES. Users cannot open Office 2007 .docx documents, our carrier is Verizon.

Thanks for the tip. I will start using that. Although I do think a one touch solution is a better option, especially when they have two blanks available on the qwerty keyboard.

Alright, I think Verizon sold me... about 30 minutes after I got off the phone with them yesterday, the data transfer stopped.

When it stopped my battery was at about 70%.

I didn't charge it...

You can try to do it without the wipe first, that is what I would do. Just delete the "Message" database and then re-send service book. After you back it up of course.
