I'm not getting BBM on T-Mobile UK, and friends with O2 and Vodafone also not getting BBM.

If you turn off your GSM radio, but only use WiFi, you will be able to BBM for free while in Canada.

Just save documents using the previous Word...

Just save documents using the previous Word format. It will end in .doc instead of .docx. Blackberry does not recognize the new Word 2007 .docx format.
