I wonder if Verizon will entertain my warranty since I got mine from eBay and got it unlocked and using it with Rogers in Canada. If so, how long will it take to get a replacement?

Rogers 3G frequency is at 1900 I think and the BB 9950 3G signal only runs on the 2100 frequency. Someone else can correct me if I'm wrong but I thought I've seen this before on another thread.

I got my Verizon locked 9550 from eBay and then got an unlock code from a website. It worked well for me on Rogers, including the ##000000. Maybe your phone wasn't properly unlock from where you buy...

Download the free BB Desktop software. Make sure you select Roxio media sync. Also, ensure you have a large memory card to hold your movies. Roxio will convert your movies and push it to your BB....

Yep, the time zone was setup incorrectly when the phone was replaced. I haven't try searching for those e-mails but thks for the suggestion. I'm sure that was the problem.
