Had that happen to one of my users and after I took it apart and checked the connections it started working again. But I do not recommend taking it apart unless you know how to put it back together...

Yeah it shows the name correctly on the BES. No other flaws at all just the display name in the folder view. Makes me laugh that out of all that could be wrong the users complain that their name is...

Yes everything works correctly just does not show the name of the mailbox. Its more of a annoyance to my users. I doesnt bother me but I just get complaints from people.

When Users go to view folders on their BB where you should see the name of the users mailbox you see strange letters/numbers. Any idea whats going on?

You have to add the settings in the IT Policy on the server and have it pushed to the phone, if its not set it will be erased every time the policy is resent.

Appointments declined after user accepts on BB using Group Wise

When a user is sent an appointment and accepts it is send a email saying the user accepted the appointment and marks the calender. Then a min. later another email is sent saying the user declines...
