I have tried by removing the media card but no success. Still I see the same message on the screen and then it restarts. I also tried removing the battery and same results..

What is BBSAK? i checked...

So all i need to do is just
1.download the OS file for Bell mobility.
2.Then delete the vendor.xml file.
3.Then run the loader.exe

After installing the new OS will i require me to unlock my phone...

Yes sir, I am able to make and recieve calls, send/receive sms, use 3G/Edge, use the browser .
But most of the times my signal strength goes low. This never used to happen with my previous...

You just need to change your charger. The correct charger rating is 5v and .5A or 500mA. Just change your charger and the problem will disappear.
