the blackberry device is receiving emails from a hotmail account, and from what i understand, thats the BIS forwarding them

PIN issue

a user got a loaner blackberry from rogers, he is receiving emails that are not his.

i think it's emails from the previous owner...sent via PIN.. prolly thro BIS.

how can my user stop this?

how about if you delete him off the BEs and re add him? I know it's risky...but you have any other options? when you re add him, it'll register, and then download all emails.

Lately, i find it very useful to hard delete email.(shft + DEL). When i delete the emails from the inbox, they arent deleted frm my BB

Can anyone suggest why this might be happenning?

Unhappy Rogers BIS issue

My BIS works fine....but when i receive long emails on my BB, and when i'm scrolling down, i get the following error:
"more request cannot be completed. Service book information not found"
