Pearl not giving the option to open attachments??

My friend has a BlackBerry Pearl with the unlimited data plan. When he gets emails with attachments he can see the attachments on the email but the menu does not give him the option to open these...

Yeah, thats what I figured...I wiped the device and just re-syned (not restore). Everything seems to be working properly now :smile:

The phone quality on my 8700 is VERY good. Crystal clear and no problems with the volume at all, especially with my Motorola HS850 headset...VERY loud and clear. This is with Cingular service.
