thanks but no, i can hear the computer recognize the blackberry USB when i plug it in or unplug it....

the computer recognizes the device as a blackberry - i see it in the device manager.

Was updating to .237 when it hung in the middle. I expected to have to use jl_cmder to wipre the device but that is not working. I have searched over and over and all methods have failed....

I've tried both. I can delete on the blackberry and it deletes gmail pretty fast. deleting on gmail never deletes on the bb. something marked as read on either is never reconciled with the other.

I know this has been discussed in many threads but i have not seen if anyone knows this is something google is working on. I've just switched from yahoo to gmail and seriously thinking of going back...

problem solved - i changed the calendar sync to one way sync and to overwrite everything in the bb. then i changed it back to 2 way and now everything works including bluetooth sync.
