after upgrade no reboots, but now after coming up...

after upgrade no reboots, but now after coming up from the subway phone searches for network until i turn wireless off and on. Phone will not find connection until i preform action.

yesterday after a reboot, my phone would not find...

yesterday after a reboot, my phone would not find the network. This lasted about 3 hours until i removed and put back the battery.
