shortcuts not working anymore

hey guys,

when i first got my new blackberry, i was able the hit e.g. 'T' and get automatically to the task list, hit 'M' to get into the mailbox, etc.

now this is suddenly not working anymore...

workaround

i figured out a workaround - it's just not very convenient...

whenever you start writing (e.g. at the beginning of the sentence), you delete that capitalized letter and type it again.

that way...
