my 500+ contacts is only what i was able to retreive. some media and emails were lost but retained my bookmarks....

so a back up file that large or bigger should not be an issue? may be the desktop...

alright. so i got it going.


i think the problem was my BBdesktop manager or all the usb ports on that PC. it harldy ever connected and this is the same PC that crashed out my phone initially ...
