Upgrade the software on the BMW at the dealer with CIP 20 or higher. All your problems will be gone...

I still think they need to update your software in your car... I am hearing of no problems on the 8700 on the 5 series...

Sounds like you have to take your car to the dealer and get them to upgrade the CIP software. Current software for 545/645 is at v19.1 or higher. All your problems will go away with later software....
