Some carriers have MSL codes specific to each ESN/MEID. It's very likely that you will need to get the MSL directly from Telus or RIM.

The QWERTZ layout is used in several different countries as standard instead of QWERTY. If you have a QWERTZ device there's no way to change it to QWERTY....
