If you mean the layout/look of the icons, then no, it doesn't do that.
However, there may be a theme (check the Media forum here) that you can download/buy that does make it look like the Bold...

I guess it would depend on what OS you upgraded from, but when I went from 4.3 to 4.5, it looked pretty much the same...just new(er) features.
What OS did you upgrade...
