I just need/want multiple alarms for a variety of combinations of weekdays or weekends. You are correct however the single built in alarm works very well.

OK I've done something wrong but uncertain what.
Picked up my Bold Yesterday while traveling out of town. Through "set up" I created 3 email accounts and after some tinkering got everything working...

When I go to Calendar > Options > scroll to bottom there is not an option for Keep Appointments + Forever. The very last option is "Show Tasks" and then below that it shows "Number of Entries: 164"

When I was getting it and I selected re-sync there were no other options to select....
