Address Book Search works only with Last Name?

I tried to search within address book, and it only lets me search by last name. If I type any of the first names, it cannot find any entry.

Is there a way to adjust/fix this?

With blackberry...

Found the cause. The Missing Sync is causing the problem. I am on mac with vmware, so I had to kill all missing sync processes for the vmware windows xp to recognize the bb.

I have no problem of dialing USA contacts when I travel overseas. Even if these numbers do not have a +1 in front, somewhere in phone option, you can set +1.. check it out...
