I neglected to mention that it is Q10 model SQN100-5, carrier branded (TMO), but carrier unlocked.

So tsac, what link can I use to download the latest software on my Q10? I am on T-Mobile and they are not pushing out updates anymore. I want to upgrade ASAP to SR 10.2.1.2977 (OS 10.2.1.3247)....
