Are you trying to download it via OTA or via a regular web browser? I don't think it'll matter though since you may be blocked either way.

I found out that if you install it via OTA then it is removed when you delete it using Options->Advanced Options->Applications
I had originally installed it via the ActiveX way using IE.

I could see what you mean, but the fact of the matter was that the BB wasn't communicating properly to the WebClient and vice versa.
