From the MNO of the operator (MVNO) I'm working for in France. Maybe it's a local policy but it sounds very strange to me.

I heard that with BB10, the data setting (APN etc...) will be set in factory for the reseller and won't be changeable. This sounds very strange to me as this would mean that you go to another...

I'm a MVNO customer and my problem is that it is the MNO's MMS settings that are pushed to my BB.... So MMS doesn't work for this MVNO on BB despite their have their own service.
