Sorry knottyrope, did not work
I even sat with rim on a 1 hr conf call, and event they could not get it to load.

I think this is a hardware issue

Easier said than done:x

Do u have any tips to fix this issue? Its an OS bb of an VIP here, and we need to get this fixed.

I am unable to perform a OS reload on 1 of our user BB 9000, as the loader.exe cant detect phone at all.

Phone is just stuck on white screen at Error-513.

All we are asking 4 is an URL n neither Rim/MSFT are being of much help:x

Inspite of all ur kind help, we still cant get the webDesktop url.
Its very useful for customers to customize the blackberry, rather than calling the l2/l3 support everytime.

yep its not working, i hv even sought microsoft help who host our servers, they are useless as well..

BB console url is https://email.(companyname)com/webconsole/app

i am unable to resolve the url...

hi buddy,
i can access the bas management console, add/del users, modify policy, push apps and what not
but all server related tasks etc, have to be done by microsoft.

Hope that clarifies to some...

our server are on the ms hosted cloud,
so there is no real chance of firewall blocking it

We are using outlook 2010, but i dont really follow ur suggestions.

That is when he forward an email (that has an attachment), only the email...

Actually, i 4got 2 mention,
i have asked him to delete the Desktop [CMIME] n Desktop [CICAL] service books. Lets see if that fixes it

Shud i resend Service books from BES 5.0.3 after this?

I understand 1 or 2 are sent out while contacting the BB server

There is 1 particular user whose BB is sending out 100's of "sent Messages" to "Duress Alert".

Is there a way to turn this Duress Alert thing off? He is extremely annoyed by the 100's of PIN...

nope she is not Q'ed 4 removal
I can see her profile on BAS
when i try to hit delete, it says "Request could not be completed"

I can remove others fine, so its not issue with BAS
