Installing without DM using bluetooth.

My laptop will not load BM (i check and i have 3.2 windows installer) and i have bluetooth on the laptop and my usb cable is MIA, can i install programs or do anything with what i have, a blue tooth...

Im not getting an error really, the installer just says the blackberry sortware installer we inturupted and is now stopped and going to uninstall temp files.
