Is this happening while you're actually in the act of using it and you're accidentally pressing things or when its in your pocket? If it's the latter I would suggest using the lock button at the top...

Yes it's going to be called the Torch 9860 for exactly this reason. Instead of having a slide out keyboard like the original Torch it will be 100% touch-screen.
