well I finally got it going. I'm not exaclty sure what it was and what fixed but I'm betting deleting it off GW and BES and then totally re-adding did the trick. Thanks for all your help guys....

two of three are activated and working just fine....

two of three are activated and working just fine. Since we are on the quickstart edition we are using gw 7. I am on the latest version/sp of gw7 server and client.

I just did delete the user from GW as well as BES. Added him back into GW then verified I could log in to GW, then added to BES, set activation PW and immediatly went to "No PIN" and messages aren't...
