Why should it take almost 2 hours to download this software? I have high speed broadband that is not slow. Is the slowness due to VZW servers. I have cancelled the download due to length of time.

Verizon has worked great for me. I have no problem with the volume of ringtone as others seem to have. I can hear it in my ski jacket while skiing.
