i had the Same OS and theme before and the icons...

i had the Same OS and theme before and the icons worked........... and i did a handset exchange and its not working anymore on the new 8700 (same OS version exactly and theme).

actually you will likely need a handset exchange. i just solved that EXACT problem with a new 8700. no more issues. software updates didn't do anything. its a hardware problem.
