After wipping device 3 times, sound came back for a week.... now it gone again, And can't seem to get it working again...

Any suggestions?

Since yesterday I can't hear from the handset, I tried enable handset, no sound...
I try reconnecting to bluetooth still no sound.
Speaker phone works fine.
OS .600

I tried turning off...

Same thing for me when I touch number nothing......can't select to call home or mobile by touching number like I used too.
