That is the same thing I am getting on mine. TMobile 9900 with 7.0 Bundle 1315 7.0.0.250

I do have a 9900 from TMobile. Profile is a tad old...about 13 devices ago. :) I downloaded the Asia only, now getting the all languages one to see if that makes a difference.

I downloaded this, removed vendor.xml and ran loader. Says there is nothing to load on my device. I see the new bundle in Add/Remove programs....but won't load.
Loader only gives me options to...

I was able to get connected to the DESTINATION database. Now I need to get connected to the SOURCE! I really think there is something I need to do on the source server to allow connections in.

Didn't notice a vendor.xml file either. So very helpful! :)
Installed on top of 380 with no issues. BES activation doing it's thing after the final reboot. ~20 minutes from start to finish.

I answered my own question. Bit the bullet and upgraded to 4.5.0.81 and all is well. UMA works great and much better battery life than my iPhone 3G!
