We had the same problem with ours when we upgraded to 5.0. Yes, our encryption and everything matched but it was still happening. A simple reactivation of the user fixed it for us.

yup i just went to 4.1.6 MR2 today and its still happening for me and the other bold users. I don't see it causing any ill effects though as mine is working fine. Just don't like seeing errors.

I'm not sure but we has shut all spam filtering off for a couple min and said the email was delivered and it still didn't show up. I guess thats why we need a support contract with rim!!!! ;-)
