Exclamation delay downloading pics and ringtones

just switched from a bold (the big one) to the 9700 bold 2....on the old one i could download pics and music from my comp via bluetooth with no problem within seconds..with my new phone its taking...

i want yo put a picture as my homescreen...but when i put a pic up it has top and bottom borders that severely obstruct the view of the picture. making it pointless to have. i would like the picture...

I purchased it on ebay......enough said w/ that......but I've heard that the volume on it when u get a call was one of the negative remarks about it....didnt know it was that low though.
