No send option on a 7290 (tried whats been posted in past threads)

Hi Guys,

Have a user with no send option on his Blackberry. Now i swapped his unit and then... no send option.

Got him to wipe the device and i deleted him off ther BES and got him to do a EA...

Yeah i did a search for KILL_DEVICE_REQUEST in the logs and came up with ziltch.

Might do a test with myself and watch it all in action.

Problem:

If you delete them from the PC they dont delete off the blackberry and visa versa.

Same with read emails.
