Oddball Problem

Here's an oddball issue one of my users is having... Anyways, the user has a BB 9650 and is on BES (naturally) and whenever he receives e-mails on his BB, he'll open it, read it, close out and back...

Its true, I couldn't fathem the bulkiness of having the bold, otherwise I'd of gotten it, and the battery life on my 8900 rocks. However I may pickup the bold 2 once its out.

Are you using BES to receive your work email? As for Yahoo, that filter is applied right through them so you would have to remove that filter i believe.

actually easiest way...press the phone button...

actually easiest way...press the phone button (green button). Hit the menu button and select options then general options. It will say Active Line. That should be set to Line 1.
