Hello. I'm not pretty sure that your sim card has separate numbers for each contact, I think your phone has them on its address book (memory) or maybe the phone create various entries with one imput...

When I unlocked my 9550 had the same issue, couldn't access to the MEPD scrren, but on the sim card scrren typed MEP2 and enter directly to the enter mep code screen.

Memory is double in 9550 (Phone is faster).
