I have tried to use bluetooth and it is clear as crystal. I think the microphone might be damaged.

I have used my BB9900 for two months. It works really good until today. My friends heared a nuisance water fall sounds when we were during the call. My system is 7.1.0.746. Is that hardware problem?...
